With the beaches of South Padre Island just across the causeway, this comfortable house in Long Island Village makes a wonderful home base in Port Isabel. Whether you're planning to spend your vacation boating, fishing, or lounging on the sand, you'll come home each afternoon to central air-conditioning, cool tile floors, and a washer/dryer to take care of the day's damp clothes and swimsuits. Step inside to find a living room lined with windows, a flat-screen cable TV, and an adjacent kitchen with every essential appliance, a breakfast bar with stools, and a dining area. Sliding glass doors lead outside to a shaded deck, with a ceiling fan to circulate the Gulf breeze as you sip cocktails, dine alfresco, or play cards with loved ones at the table.
You must check in at the Long Island Village Resort Center to pay for vehicle passes (two vehicles maximum) and wristbands. This is a $90 admission fee that will be paid directly to the Long Island Village HOA on arrival and is not included in your Vacasa fees. If the LIV office is closed, you must drive up to the gate. On the keypad, there are instructions for contacting security on call; they will come to the gate. You will be registered and security will allow you through the gate for the night. You will need to go back to the LIV office the next morning to check in. They will provide you with vehicle passes and amenity bracelets.*Please note: The Welcome Center is NOT associated with Vacasa. If you have any questions please call your Local Operation Manager.
NO PARTY POLICY: This home maintains a strict no-party and no Spring Break policy. Our local South Padre Island team monitors compliance with our rental policies and responds promptly to any complaints from neighbors. If any guests are found to violate these rental policies, it will result in eviction without a refund. If you have any questions or concerns about your compliance, please contact us right away so we can ensure you have a safe and happy vacation.
Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours.
