The main floor has a bright, open feel, flowing from the kitchen to the dining area to the living room with a river rock gas fireplace. The kitchen has plenty of space to prepare a family meal, as well as additional seating at the bar and the dining table for eight if you're entertaining friends during your stay. The main living room has ample seating around the fireplace and a flatscreen TV with Xfinity cable and a Blu-ray/DVD player.
The well-appointed bedrooms are located on the second floor. The main bedroom has an en suite bathroom with a combined shower and jetted tub. There's a shared full bathroom off the hallway for the other two bedrooms, a full-size washer/dryer in the laundry room, and a half-bath on the main floor for guests.
The home has an attached, heated, two-car garage, so you don’t have to worry about clearing the snow off your car when the snow piles up outside in the winter. There's also plenty of room to store your skis, snowboards, bicycles, kayaks, tubes, and related gear when you get back from the mountain or river. Whistler Park is a few minutes away on foot, offering a playground, an off-leash area for Fido, and a stretch of the Yampa River with scenic trails.
