Mallard Lakes is a community of townhomes on Lighthouse Road located approximately 2 miles from the ocean and town of Fenwick Island. 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms with 1.5 baths, screened or enclosed porches. Restaurants and shopping within close distance so you can relax and enjoy without driving.

This two story, 2 bedroom, 1-1/2 bathroom townhouse has a spectacular view of the adjacent tidal lake and marsh. The unit offers a full kitchen (with breakfast bar), living room (with 40' LED HD TV), dining area, screened porch, outside shower and outdoor storage area. The master bedroom has a 19' LED HD TV. New luxury plank flooring has been installed throughout the 1st floor in 2021. Kayaking, fishing and crabbing are permitted in the tidal lake. The picnic table and charcoal grill located next to the parking lot are available for guest use.
