Depending on snow conditions, ski-in accessibility may be available in the early/late season. (The direct route is steep and off-piste to the condo; however from there you cross the parking lot.)
This home is not equipped with air-conditioning. Outdoor wood-burning fires and charcoal grills are prohibited per local ordinances. The outdoor furniture may be stored and unavailable during winter months.
