Welcome to this remodeled condo about a 2-minute walk from Windansea Beach - one of the most coveted beaches in La Jolla - with rocky cliffs, sandy beaches, great surfing, and beautiful ocean vistas. Here you can easily enjoy the ever-changing colors of the western sunsets as the sun sinks into the shimmering Pacific.

Enter the entrance hallway of this 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath, 1124 sq. ft. 2-story condo to find a half-bath to the left. To the right is a modern, well-equipped kitchen with all modern appliances and amenities, including a center island with 2 high-top chairs.

The kitchen is accompanied by a living room with comfortable furniture from which to enjoy the large wall-mounted flat-screen TV. There is also a dining table for 4. Slider access from this great room takes you to a small patio where you can enjoy the ocean breezes.

Back at the entrance, to the left, is a 16-step staircase that leads to the 2nd floor. There is a closet at the top of the stairs with a stacked washer and dryer for your use. The right hallway reveals a modern bath with a large walk-in shower. The next right takes you to the guest bedroom with 2 two twin beds and a ceiling fan to keep you comfortable at all times.

The comfortable queen master bedroom suite is to the left of the staircase. It has a small balcony with peek ocean views on a clear day, a ceiling fan for comfort, and an en-suite bath with a shower tub combination. All bed and bathrooms are furnished with a generous supply of premiere linens to ensure you are comfortable at all times.

There is also a 9-step spiral staircase to the right of the entry that takes you down to a 2-car garage for your use. Additional amenities include WIFI and cable, and a washer and dryer as mentioned.

There are peek ocean views from the 2nd floor master bedroom.

This is an ideal location if you wish to enjoy the beach every day, and also be near the many restaurants and shops in La Jolla Village proper or in the fun Birdrock neighborhood of La Jolla.
