Located in the heart of coveted Balboa Island, these two homes boast modern interiors combined with a quaint seaside theme, making this the perfect place for you and your family/guests to relax, reconnect, and recharge during your seaside interlude. Colorful western sunsets and starlit skies will be the perfect backdrop for your evening activities. During the day there are lots of fun things to do in Newport Beach with attractions focused on families, couples, being active, or trips of solitude. Both homes have flowing great rooms that include a living room area with a large seating cluster from which to enjoy a TV and a 1st-story great room fireplace.
