The views that surround you will both take your breath away and make you feel at ease - knowing that you made an excellent choice for your vacation getaway. You can also walk a pathway to the beach from here, and Heisler Park, in the heart of Laguna Beach, is right across from this home.
The living room offers plush seating, a large flat screen TV, and direct access to the ocean view deck which has seating for dining outside or relaxing while enjoying the ocean views, spotting dolphins from the terrace, surf, breezes, and vibrant sunsets. A wonderfully organized, modern, newly remodeled kitchen has granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and incredible skylights accompanied by a dining area for four to six guests.
The primary bedroom has a four poster bed, a large walk in closet, and a full en-suite primary bathroom with dual sinks and a walk-in shower. There is also a queen guest bedroom and a double twin guest bedroom with a shared full bathroom with a shower/tub combo. This home comfortably sleeps six with a max of eight allowed. And of course, all bed and bathrooms are furnished with premiere linens for your ultimate comfort.
This home has a washer and dryer, WI-FI, and two parking spaces in the subterranean garage.
Laguna Beach is known for its many art galleries, coves and beaches and its small city feel. Main Beach features tide pools and a boardwalk leading to the paths and gardens of nearby Heisler Park. It is in a highly desirable area of Laguna Beach with a huge selection of activities to choose from. You will like not need to leave here as there are so many things to do.
