Sea Lane Sand Dollar is a three level home located in the Beach Barber Tract just two short blocks from the famous Marine Street beach in La Jolla. The spacious 2,330 square foot house has 4 bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths and is in a prime location for guests to enjoy all that La Jolla has to offer.

Ideal for large groups or multiple families with children, the layout of this home offers guests the options of both privacy as well as large areas of shared space. The home has 1 gigabit fiber internet access and a wireless network.

The downstairs level has three bedrooms. The first bedroom has a queen bed plus TV with cable+HBO. The second bedroom has two twin beds. The third bedroom has a separate entrance, with a queen bed, en suite bath and TV with Chromecast.

Also located downstairs there is a bonus room with a twin bed and a sitting area perfect for watching TV on a 50” flat screen with cable+HBO. This TV room has access to two ground level patios. One patio has a comfy sectional and the other has a gas BBQ with a cafe table and umbrella.

The second level of the home has a spacious living and dining room perfect for family gatherings and meals. There is a sitting alcove off the living room with a twin daybed. The living room boasts a 60” flat screen TV with cable+HBO+Chromecast. There is a covered patio with table and chairs for conversations that spill out from the living area. The kitchen is quite spacious, fully stocked, and has Viking stainless steel appliances. The dining room comfortably seats eight guests and the adjacent kitchen counter accommodates an additional three guests.

On this level there are two decks. The first deck is a sun deck that has a spectacular sunset and ocean view. The second deck is a quiet covered sitting deck and is the perfect area to bring a good book and spend the day relaxing and breathing in the cool Pacific ocean air.
