In the upstairs living area, you'll have the added bonus of a great view, both from inside through the big windows, and out on the deck. You can also enjoy a cable show, or watch a DVD from the library, or one you've brought.
There'll be no competition at mealtime in this lovely home. Each level has its own fully equipped kitchen as well. The upstairs space has a down-home feel, with country-style cabinetry and furniture on beautiful hardwood floors. Nothing quaint about the equipment, though. The modern stove, microwave, and stainless steel double fridge will make mealtime a breeze. The cook on the other level will enjoy the same modern perks. Both have dishwashers as well, so dishes will be done easily and quickly. Or, have your feast outside! There's an outdoor firepit as well for gatherings under the stars.
Come bedtime, this lovely home will accommodate up to 10 comfortably, but up to 10 are welcome. Among its five bedrooms, is one with a king bed, three others—each with queens—and one with a double bed. In each, you'll step out of bed onto warm carpeting, and have plenty of drawer space for your clothes. There are two-and-a-half nicely decorated bathrooms. One of the full baths has a walk-in shower, the other is a tub/shower condo. And you won't have to bother with the laundromat; there's a washer and dryer for your convenience.
This Oregon Coast vacation rental is a great place for anglers! Crescent Lake—just across the street—is home to Chinook salmon, channel catfish, brook and rainbow trout. Or, sign on with one of the many charters in the area and try your luck in deeper waters. Rockaway is also close to three county parks—Barview, Twin Rocks, and Bayocean—where you can hike and bike on trails that meander along the shore and up to heights with spectacular views!
Hang out on Rockaway's sandy, seven-mile beach where you can build that castle, collect shells, or send a kite dancing in the ever-present coastal breeze. Or, why not grab your shovel, bucket, and boots and try your hand at clamming, not something you can do just anywhere!
