Large beachfront home with private patio - walk to everything

From this perfect location you can ride your bike or walk to the Pier, the park, tennis courts, the grocery store, and a wide variety of shops and restaurants.

Enjoy the views and the rhythmic ocean waves as you have a barbecue or lounge outside on your private patio after your day's adventures. This home is on the end of a stream of houses, so you will have unobstructed views of all the natural beauty around you. Enter this upper unit of this duplex and you will find yourself in a corner ocean view great room with slider access to the ocean front balcony.
