This coastal-themed home boasts an inviting living area with comfortable furniture (a sofa and a loveseat) and a large flatscreen TV with cable. The full kitchen features full-size appliances, including a French-door fridge, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and even a Keurig coffee maker, plus plenty of counter space and a beverage fridge for staying easily hydrated on the patio. - The home is located in Venture Out Community and there is a registration fee due upon arrival for up to six people of $112.87 (one-time fee) that will allow guests to use the facility amenities. There is also a parking fee of $5 per car, per day. Only one recreation vehicle and one automobile (or automotive transportation vehicle) are permitted on each lot, and the vehicle must be parked on the paved driveway. If your vehicle does not fit in your unit’s driveway you must park it in overflow parking. Due to the various lengths of vehicles and individual home's parking spaces we cannot guarantee that your vehicle will fit. Trailers and additional vehicles also must be parked in the overflow parking lot.
