- Bluewater will be undergoing construction from August 1, 2023, until around March 1, 2024. During this period, noise will be audible during work hours, which are Monday through Saturday from 8 a.m. until 5 p.m. Noise will include but not be limited to jackhammering, scraping, and power tools. Balconies may have limited access or be unavailable as well.
