Located directly on the Gulf of Mexico with a gorgeous 100' private beach, this expansive house is approximately 6.4 miles west of Highway 59. The Bon Secour Wildlife Refuge, with miles of pristine, undeveloped shoreline is only a short walk down the beach.
Every room in this grand beach house features a spectacular view of either the Gulf or Lagoon waters and provides access to a deck overlooking the water. The extraordinary views are accessed by wrap around balconies on the second and third levels. The private beachfront hot tub on one of the many decks is a perfect spot to enjoy the sunset.
This impressive Gulf-front home, sleeping 36 guests (maximum of 30 adults) with eleven bedrooms and eleven bathrooms is one of the largest properties on our coast. With a Media Room and 3 living rooms and 2 bonus rooms, each floor has common space so you can spread out and enjoy the luxury.
Three kitchens are provided in this unique setting. The main floor has a fully equipped kitchen with all the expected equipment. A caterer's kitchen, adjacent to the media room, features a gourmet kitchen with 36 inch oven, dishwasher, ice machine, wine cooler and refrigerator. The third floor loft bar area contains a refrigerator, ice machine and dishwasher. A wet bar with microwave is available on each level.
A private pool and large covered outdoor living area is perfect for relaxing at the end of the day.
