THINGS TO KNOW
- The window above the sliding doors in the great room is free of window coverings, so the sofa bed receives some natural morning light.
- Parties are not allowed. Quiet hours are 10 pm -7 am - no outdoor activities after 10 pm. Citations will be issued for noise disturbances and exceeding the occupancy and parking limits. Refunds will not be granted due to eviction.
- 2 dogs welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval.
- Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.
- Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.
- Security camera details: There is one camera in the front facing the driveway. There is one camera in the back facing away from the deck. There is one camera on the side of the home, facing the generator.
