Located within the family-friendly Black Butte Ranch resort, this newly updated home is nothing but the perfect choice for a breezy and convenient stay! When you book this retreat, you and your group are granted access to the resort's community amenities, including a sauna, indoor and outdoor pools, a fitness center, and a tennis court. The location of this home is incredibly convenient - it's one of the closest homes to the Big Glaze Meadow pool, rec center, golf course.

Climb a flight of stairs to reach the main living area of the home, which features a sunny living room, dining area, and well-equipped kitchen. The space has unique arquitectural elements that make this home stand out from the rest - vaulted ceilings, exposed wood beams, carpeted and tiled floors throughout, and beautiful stairs. The living room makes for a great conversation area with comfortable seating. From here, you can access a spacious balcony overlooking the trees. The luxury kitchen is all about stainless steel appliances, including a double-door fridge, dishwasher, stove, oven, coffee maker, and a sparkling center island.
