One of the greatest perks of this three-story, waterpark adjacent townhouse is the location! You can walk out the door and be on a waterslide in the blink of an eye! You will be three doors from Camelback Resort and waterpark. Not to mention, you can have some fun away from the waterpark with the shared community pool, hot tub, sauna and tennis courts on-site! This family-friendly retreat offers a nice and well-equipped living area with a woodstove, partial air-conditioning, a large smart TV to stream your favorite series and movies, and a private deck with a gas BBQ to view the mountains. The full, eat-in kitchen has all the appliances needed to prepare tasty meals and snacks, especially after a fun-filled day in the surrounding parks. The Keurig coffee maker is a great addition according to coffee enthusiasts. Two bedrooms can be found on the first level of the home along with a laundry room and a full bathroom. The third floor features a nice and secluded sleeping area with a comfortable bed and an en suite full bathroom.
