The screened-in lanai is fully furnished with a lounge seating area, a built-in bar with a sink and mini-fridge, a gas grill, and a dining table with seating for four. A swim in your private pool is the perfect way to wake up in the morning while you savor the amazing water views. Inside, you'll find a fully-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, an island for prep space, and bar seating for two guests. Enjoy a snack or formal meal in the dining room that has seating for up to six people, and then head over to the living room's comfortable sectional and settle in for your favorite shows on the flatscreen TV.
