NOTICE OF CONSTRUCTION!! Property wide construction starting Oct. 14, 2024, estimated completion date is June 6, 2025. Construction will be very loud at times throughout the project, including grinding, hammering, etc. Balconies will be inaccessible at various times during the project, balcony furniture will be placed in units when balcony work is being done. There's a separate dining room and a spacious living room with all the Gulf views. After a fun-filled day, unwind and watch the sunset. Have movie nights in the living area or watch from one of the TVs in each well-furnished bedroom.

From the balcony on the north side, enjoy a view of the enormous, lagoon-style pool deck and boardwalk leading to Crabby Steve's and the beach walkover to High Pointe's private beach access, where you'll be treated to a complimentary set of two beach chairs and an umbrella (as seasonally available). Pickleball and tennis courts are both on-site -- a coveted and rare amenity in the area! For those looking for a little more activity, your stay also includes the use of two beach bikes, available from the on-site vendor at the bike hut seasonally from March to October, where you can then take a tour of scenic 30A and High Pointe's beautiful neighboring communities. There are shops, dining, and recreational activities, all within walking/riding distance for your enjoyment.
