The new stove oven boasts air frying capabilities. The especially “quiet” Bosch dishwasher will definitely be on its best behavior! Kitchen is abundantly stocked with dinnerware, wine glasses etc . The luxurious Master Suite is decorated in a clean, breezy style with sliding glass doors that lead to a spacious balcony with sea views, sandy dunes and flowing grass plumes. The renovated luxury Master Bath boasts a large rain shower to rinse off the sand and the heat every day and also a jacuzzi tub to relax after a long day at the beach.

• The community pool is open annually from mid-May to mid-September for guest use. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association's discretion.

• Electric vehicles are not permitted to park in the Sandbridge Dunes garage. This includes lithium-Ion Hybrids and Lithium-ion bikes. Electric bikes and any Segway toys are not permitted in the units. They are fire hazards. Vehicles must be parked outside and away from the building. You will need to park outside either in the North or West lot, Marlin Drive, or in the public lot South of the community.
