Outside, the patio deck overlooks the river and has a gas grill, dining table, and chairs. The large driveway provides parking for multiple vehicles as well as boats and trailers.

The home is in Oakhurst, with shopping, restaurants, bars, a movie cinema, and a live stage theater. Bass Lake is also nearby, where you can enjoy boating, skiing, fishing, swimming, hiking, and bicycling. The home Pines Village at the lake provides restaurants, a general market, bars, shops, and a full-service marina with rental boats, jet skis, and kayaks. The home is about 20 miles from the southern entrance of Yosemite National Park.

THINGS TO KNOW

• Please note, we do not expect the river to have much water in late August through November due to the extreme drought conditions this year.
• Bass Lake is less than 15 miles from the southern entrance of Yosemite National Park. Bass Lake reaches its peak water levels in the summer months and is lowered by 50 percent during the fall and winter months annually. Because of this summer water levels vary each year depending on the winter season rain and snowfall.

• No pets are allowed at this vacation rental.
• Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.
• Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.
• Security camera details: This home is equipped with surveillance cameras of the entry door and the back of the home. Front door camera points out from the front door and monitors the front area of the home. Back door camera points out from the back door and monitors the back area of the home.
