• Construction is currently occurring on the home next door. This project is slated to last 30 months and the work is permitted to occur from 7:00 a.m. to 7 p.m. for the next three years. During these hours, construction noise may be audible.
• The pool temperature for the entire year is controlled. Pool heating can be increased over the maintained temperatures for an additional fee.

• 1 dog, weighing 50 lbs or less, welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval.
• Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
• Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.
• Security camera details: Cameras surround the parameter and entrances of the property. ***Cameras on the outdoor pool area are NOT active***
• 3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 175 per day must be paid prior to check-in. Guests can contact Vacasa after booking to purchase pool heat for your stay.
