With its tall windows and high ceilings, this great room is a wonderful spot to flip pancakes at the kitchen's island range, gather for board games at the dining room table in the afternoons, and curl up by the gas fireplace and stream movies all evening. A glass door connects to the tree-lined balcony offering a gas grill and a hammock - downstairs.

Of the three bedrooms, there's a primary suite with direct balcony access on the top floor and two bedrooms on the middle level.
