Ke Nani Kai is a lovely property located on the west side of the island of Molokai, with grounds that include a large outdoor swimming pool, a hot tub, two tennis courts, gas grills, lounge chairs for sunbathing, and tables for alfresco meals. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen to make a homecooked meal or a light snack to either dine inside with seating for four at the table or dine alfresco on the lanai. An open living room captures the island breezes from the lanai. Guests will have a beach umbrella, boogie boards, and tennis rackets during their stay at this condo. A washer/dryer, cable TV, and free WiFi are also provided for convenience.
From the sacred Hālawa Valley to Pāpōhaku Beach Park (one of Hawaiʻi's largest beaches), you'll find unforgettable places and attractions on Molokaʻi. Hike or take a mule ride to remote Kalaupapa National Historical Park, visit the historic Kapuāiwa Coconut Grove and snorkel in Hawaiʻi’s longest continuous fringing reef. It's about a five-minute walk down an access road to Kepuhi Beach, which is great for surfing in the winter months, ideal for swimming and snorkeling come summer, and the site of many paddle races to Oahu. You'll also be a short stroll across the old golf course from Papohaku Beach, one of the longest beaches in the state of Hawaii, with waters that are rough in the winter but calmer for ocean swimming in summer. Ke Nani Kai is a half-mile stroll from Make Horse Beach and its many tidepools. Six miles northwest of the town of Maunaloa (the only town on the west end), and 19 miles west of Kaunakakai, where most grocery stores, art and gift shops, mini markets, restaurants, and equipment rentals are located. There are no shopping malls and only a handful of souvenir shops and tour operators, but the natural beauty and pure aloha are plentiful—and that’s exactly how the locals like it.
