Our Big Bear cabin rentals offer endless activities, regardless of the time of year. While many make the trip up to ski Bear Mountain (three miles away) and Snow Summit (eight miles away), there are plenty of other winter activities, including snowboarding, sledding, tubing, and snowshoeing.
When things warm up a bit, take a boat out and drop your line into Big Bear Lake, or take a guided paddlewheel tour across the water. Hike the many trails that crisscross the mountains, or soar above the treetops on a zip line. And while you’re out exploring, keep your eyes peeled for a glimpse of one of our many resident bald eagles.
Newly updated Big Bear Village (now sporting outdoor amenities like heated sidewalks, firepits, seating walls, and modern lighting) offers a variety of alpine-styled shops and boutiques, as well as several dining and entertainment options. Every Tuesday, starting in the spring, shop for local produce at the Big Bear Farmers' Market and take it back to your cabin to prepare healthy meals in your very own kitchen.
