As part of our ongoing efforts to enhance your experience at Shores of Panama, we are undergoing a significant construction project from September 24, 2024, to March 1, 2025. We want to ensure you are fully informed about the construction phases and how they may impact your stay.
Phase 1: Initial Construction Period
• Dates: September 24, 2024, to November 25, 2024
• Affected Units: Balconies in units 2113, 1314, 1415, and 1615 will be completely inaccessible and have an obstructed view.
• Activities: Construction work will occur daily from 8AM to 6PM, Monday through Friday.
Phase 2: Extended Construction Impact
• Dates: November 25, 2024, to March 28, 2025
• Newly Affected Units: Additional units affected during this period include 507, 1507, 1907, 2011, 1512, 1912, 1517, and 1817 which will also experience inaccessible balconies and obstructed views.
Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle.

Shores of Panama is a renowned 23-story resort with grounds that include a beautiful Gulf-front pool, a heated indoor pool, hot tubs indoors and out, two tropical bars, a full-service spa, a gym with a sauna and steam room, and private access to the beach. Some of the area's most popular attractions - Ripley's Believe It or Not!, WonderWorks, and Coconut Creek Family Fun Park, to name a few - are within blocks as well.
Perched on the resort's 13th floor, this two-bedroom condo boasts commanding views of the Gulf of Mexico, the beach, the on-site pool, and the palm tree-lined grounds below. An expansive balcony spans the length of the condo, providing a fantastic spot for morning coffee and sunset cocktails alike.
The stylish, open interior comes fully furnished for comfort. Mingle with friends and family as you prepare meals in the well-equipped kitchen, sit down for casual dinners at the breakfast bar for four, and stream movies on the living room TV in the evenings. The sleeping spaces include a primary bedroom suite overlooking the Gulf, a cozy bunk room for kids, and a sleeper sofa in the living room.

- Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.
Some shared amenities are only open during peak season. The tropical bar, coffee shop, and grill are open March-October.
Upon check-in, guests must pay an additional fee directly to the resort, which covers their parking and wristbands for amenities access.
