This recently renovated modern farmhouse is the perfect place for families to come and spend some time together! Kids and grandparents alike will be delighted with all The Beech House offers. The house is set back off the road in a private, woodsy setting.

Upon entering this darling retreat, you will be greeted by a spacious open floor plan with gorgeous exposed wood beams and stylish black and white combined with warm wood accents. The large sectional in the center will be an ideal place to kick back and relax. Turn on the gas fireplace, grab your favorite blanket, and curl up on the sofa before streaming your favorite series or movies on the TV with streaming services. All TVs are smart TVs with Netflix, HBO Max, etc., and a digital antenna is also available for select local channels. The adjoining open kitchen has every appliance and cookware the cook of the group could need to prepare delicious meals and snacks. Find a double-door fridge, stove, oven, dishwasher, built-in microwave, a Keurig coffee maker, and a shiny island seating four. There is a large front deck with a hot tub, an inflatable bowling set, an outdoor dining table for four, and a firepit surrounded by four Adirondack chairs. The rear deck off the kitchen features a gas grill and another four-person outdoor dining area. This level also features two bedrooms with a TV, a desk, and an en suite bathroom.

The ground floor has a separate entry with a large playroom featuring a billiard table, a Connect 4 game, a smart TV, and a wet bar. There's also a laundry room and an additional bunk bedroom with a TV. On the third floor, guests will find two large sleeping areas: a main suite with a TV and an en suite bath and a 'children's loft' with a campground setting accessible via a spiral staircase.

Additional perks included a telescope in the living area and a current Beech Mountain Club membership, which provides shared amenities such as golf, tennis, pickleball, pool, fitness center, and ski lodge.
