This wonderful retreat boasts a well-equipped, full kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar for quick snacks or chats with the cook, while sit-down meals can be enjoyed together in the formal dining room. In the evenings, gather in the living area and stream your favorite channels, or head out to the screened, furnished patio to close out your days with cocktails and conversation.

For an additional fee, you and your guests are also welcome to sample the many resort amenities available through Bayside at Bethany Lakes. This includes pools, sports courts, and a fitness center.

THINGS TO KNOW

  • For use of amenities, guests are required to pre-register and pay a resort fee. The resort fee from May 15 to September 15 is $45 per person per week or $25 per person for 3 days or less. The resort fee from September 16 - May 14 is $30 per person per week or $20 per person for 3 days or less. Guests opting to use the amenities must pay ahead of time via PayPay and will receive a key FOB for access. Guests must return the key FOB to the check-in office or guests will be charged for replacement. There is also a limited day pass option: Daily passes are $10 per person per day and will be available on a limited basis (M-F excluding holidays starting at 9:00 a.m.). No key FOBs are available for daily use. All guests must abide by all community rules, including signing in and out of the Clubhouse.
  • The outdoor pool is generally open from Memorial Day through Labor Day each year, but the dates may extend beyond Labor Day as weather permits.
  • Streaming TV services require guest accounts to access.
  • Delaware regulations require all guests to sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.
  • This property is managed by Vacasa Delaware LLC.
  • 1 dog welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval.
  • Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
