This brand-new, custom-built home was completed in 2022 and is located in the popular Maya Beach neighborhood on the Placencia Peninsula. Situated on 75 feet of white sandy beach on the Caribbean Sea, this retreat has all the comforts of home with endless activities nearby. The location of the home is simply unbeatable. You will be located next to nature and town - there are several upper-end and beach-style restaurants within walking distance or a short drive away. Eateries, bars, grocery stores, gas stations, ATMs, golf cart/car rental, mini golf, and bowling are all within a short drive. Placencia Municipal Airport is just five and a half miles away.
