• Wristbands are required at this complex and must be worn at all times. They are free for guests with the exception of Spring Break and Holy Week. During Spring Break, wristbands are $40 each to be paid at the office IN CASH when submitting your information upon arrival for your parking permits. There is an ATM down the street from the condos.

• 1 dog, weighing 25 lbs or less, welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval.
• This rental is located on floor 2.
• Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
• Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.
