When it's time to hit the beach, you'll have beach chairs and a seven-foot umbrella to take with you and an outdoor shower to welcome you home.

This condo enjoys an enviable corner position with peek-a-boo views of the ocean in one direction and a sweeping vista of the city and mountains in the other.
