Fall visitors will love being just six miles from Woodstock, consistently voted one of the country’s most picturesque leaf-peeping locales. And, sheltered by towering twin maple trees in the backyard, you can stroll right down your own back path onto miles of trails, including the Vermont Area Snowmobile Trail (VAST) for snowmobiling and hiking in warm weather. Right at home the kids will love the small sledding hill and playhouse.

Inside the home itself, you’ll find a lovingly restored space that boasts comfortable furnishings, hardwood floors, and a bright yet cozy feeling. The chef will love the stainless steel appliances and plentiful workspace in the full kitchen, and little helpers will love perching on the kitchen island barstools to help. At mealtime, there’s room for everyone around the table in the dining room.
