• If you use the gas fireplace, please turn it off before you leave the home and do not allow it to run at night. Please limit the time of use to no more than two hours.
• The Sea Colony Recreational Association requires a per person resort fee for guests aged four years and older. This fee varies by time of year and is mandatory.
• This rental is located on the second floor, and there is no elevator.
• High-speed internet for remote learning and working is not guaranteed.
• Please respect the no dog policy.
• Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.
