This home enjoys a great location in Palmilla Beach Resort, about a quarter-mile from the 12-hole, links-style golf course originally designed by Arnold Palmer. Downtown Port Aransas - home to a wide variety of restaurants, shops, and sources of entertainment - is less than three miles up the coast.

Before heading out to the beach or the golf course each day, spend the morning relaxing with a cup of coffee, a good book, and a seat in an Adirondack chair on the front porch. You'll be greeted back in the afternoon by a cool blast of central AC and a private washer/dryer to refresh your swimsuits and towels.

Everything is new and polished in the open, light-filled living space on the ground floor. At its heart is an elegant kitchen with stainless steel appliances (including a gas stove), dramatic light fixtures, and a large island with three-sided bar seating. • There is currently major construction occurring on new homes in the area. No current homes or amenities will be affected, though construction equipment may be visible and views may be obstructed in some areas. Construction has been scheduled during certain times of the day to minimize noise and potential disturbances to guests. The work is scheduled to conclude in the next year.
