THINGS TO KNOW

• A wristband fee is required from March 1 through March 31 for anyone over the age of 10 and under the age of 35. All wristbands must be purchased in advance of your arrival. Checks must be made payable to the appropriate HOA. Plan accordingly, as no one can enter the building without a wristband.

Our local South Padre Island team monitors compliance with our rental policies and responds promptly to any complaints from neighbors. If any guests are found to violate these rental policies, it will result in eviction without a refund.
