Recent Oro Valley vacation rental reviews

We loved the layout of the house. The three bedroom zones were perfect for our family to spread out. The openness of the kitchen, dining area, and family room accommodated us nicely. Thanksgiving dinner was easily prepared, served, and cleaned up when over since there were multiple sinks, a huge island, two dishwashers, two ovens, and two refrigerators, plus, a large dining table, and seating at the island. We met the owners who are lovely people and eager to please the people who stay here. The nearby private airstrip was fun to observe. There’s also a lot of wildlife that can be seen. Coyote Crossing is a private setting that is about 15 to 30 minutes from most things. We loved our stay and want to thank everyone who contributed to making our stay amazing.

We stayed here while we had our new home painted. It was VERY comfortable and in a great location. Close to stores and restaurants, and great walking trails. Very happy that we chose to stay here and not in a hotel. Loved the office too - got to connect my own computer to the computer screen that was in the office and it made working from "home" much more convenient. Highly recommend to anyone staying for short or longer term rentals.

The unit is spacious and comfortable. Cable TV is available, which is ideal. The pool and hot tub are conveniently located, and the complex is attractive and safe. Wildlife is present and quite cool. I saw two coyotes run past my car one afternoon and the javelina seem to always be around. Very neat.

Where are our Oro Valley vacation rentals?

Oro Valley is located in the western foothills of the Santa Catalina Mountains, 15 miles north of Tucson. Scenic vistas abound in the Cañada del Oro Valley, with views of the Tortolita Mountains to the north and the Tucson Valley to the south. A 112 mile-drive southeast will bring you to Scottsdale, one of Arizona's most popular destinations. Many of our Oro Valley homes are a part of the Vistoso vacation rentals resort community.

Things to do near your Oro Valley vacation rental

Get your morning started with some desert running, hiking, or cycling on the trail systems within Oro Valley and nearby Catalina State Park. Golfers will be in their element at top-notch courses like Golf Club at Vistoso and The Views Golf Club at Oro Valley, which boast stunning views.

Considering Oro Valley is only 80 miles north of Mexico, you can count on temperatures rising throughout the day, but there's still plenty of fun to be had while you beat the heat. Head to the Oro Valley Aquatic Center and take a refreshing dip in one of the two pools while the kids take on the giant water slide.

Depending on when you book your Oro Valley rental, you might be able to check out one of the town's many events, like the Oro Valley Festival of Arts, El Tour de Tucson bicycle race, or the Cactus Speed Classic (an inline skating race). Runners (or fans of runners) might be interested in the Arizona Distance Classic, a half-marathon that takes place every March.

Make the most of your time in Arizona and stay in one of our beautiful Oro Valley vacation rentals. You'll relish returning to a comfortable, private home base each day after all your fun-filled exploring.
