Super clean with brand new furniture, paint, decor and supplies. Beds very comfortable, layout was super spacious and there is a really nice view of the bay/marsh. Nice welcome bag with toiletries and kitchen supplies. Great walkable location. Everything you could need for a great week at the beach. Highly recommend.
