The unit was very clean upon arrival. There were no steps to get from the parking lot to the unit - a big plus. Both bedrooms were well furnished and comfortable. The pool area was being rebuilt. This was not an issue for us but could be a factor for others.

We stayed at Forest Park 31E for a ski trip. The location is great, near to the slopes and a short drive to stores and restaurants in Silverthorne and Frisco. The unit served our needs in general, although the house could use some updated furnishings.
