Recent Encinitas vacation rental reviews

The condo was well organized and up to date. Three bedrooms and baths were great as there were 6 of us. The view is amazing and we spent much of our time on the deck. We are looking forward to visiting again!

As a frequent visitor of Encinitas I love being able to walk downtown to the restaurants which is easily down from this location. I also like how close the stairs to stonestep beach were as it made for easy access. Last - the view is incredible. Great outside patio overlooking an expansive ocean. We loved it! Gregor was also very helpful across the board - ok that was the last!

The location couldn't be better: right on the bluff with sweeping ocean views. There's a private bathroom for every bedroom, a big plus for the 5 couples sharing the house. The owners are generous with access to surfboards, SUP and boogie boards. Balconies overlooking the ocean are spectacular!

Things to do near your Encinitas rental

Begin your day with a walk and self-meditation session at the Self Realization Fellowship Hermitage and Meditation Garden. Once your mind is at ease and your body centered, head to either of the two famous Encinitas Beaches—Moonlight Beach and Swami's Beach. After a lesson at Leucadia Surf School, pick your prime spot on the white sand for hours of endless adventure. From surfing to boogie boarding, building sandcastles to burying the kids (or adults) in the sand, and feeding the seagulls and yourself some delicious local food, you'll find plenty of ways to fill your afternoons.

Numerous mouth-watering eateries are available, and the local grocery store's deli counter is known for its famous sandwiches. If you aren't feeling like going out, pick up some groceries for a homemade meal cooked in the comfort of your Encinitas vacation rental.

When bellies are full, rent a bike to cruise down the coast to San Elijo State Beach or Solana Beach. At each of these beautiful beaches, you can stop for shopping at some of the local boutiques. Once you've picked up some souvenirs, continue on past the Del Mar Race Track to the iconic village of Del Mar.
