House is very clean and nicely furnished. Decorated even nicer than the pictures looked. Lots of seating outside, more than in the pictures. Dock was nice, a little hard to get in kayaks from the dock. It’s about a 2 foot drop at high tide. Saw lots of marine life from the back porch even a manatee and a school of dolphins Four nice ocean kayaks and two bikes for use. Bikes were a little rusty, but good enough to get you to the local restaurants. Four nice local restaurants within walking distance, would stay here again.

The home is well stocked with anything you need to cook and beds, even the pull-out sofa bed, are comfortable. Our reason for not renting the home next year are the 13 steps to go up the stairs to reach the living space.
