We had a good visit. The AC works wonderful. There's plenty of covered space downstairs for organizing your beach equipment and fishing supplies. The stairs are nice and wide for carrying your things into the house. The downstairs bathroom is nice with a large shower.The downstairs bathroom is a Jack and Jill while the upstairs bathroom is split between the two bedrooms but out in the hall. The kitchen is pretty small but all the appliances work well. Every time I contacted vacasa with a question they answered promptly. Great trip

We absolutely loved Ripple Effect! Very spacious, quiet , safe, completely stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and bedrooms each with balconies and we all loved the showers. Also, The loft with spiral stairs was super cool, the kids loved it. Wildlife was plentiful as we saw deer, beautiful birds of all kinds flying over the beautiful golf course. Many, many turtles and an alligator in the creek of Edisto river as it flows right beside the property. Home decor was very beachy beautiful, just as pictured. Hopefully we can book this property on our next visit. We really enjoyed it! Highly recommended!
