This place was clean, comfortable and modern. We didn’t spend too much time inside, but when we were home, it was comfortable and sitting in the porch was nice. It was an easy walk into town. Probably about 15 mins. We would walk into town during the day but we would uber at night. We felt safest doing that and not walking home in the dark. This condo is right by the train tracks. So if a train going by every couple hours would bother you, please keep this in mind. It really didn’t bother us because we were out of the house a lot. But there is a train that runs early in the morning. We always use a noise machine so it wasn’t an issue. If you want a place where you can walk down to Broadway and back multiple times a day, this is probably a little far out for you. But it was a great place for us for a 3 night stay
