We stayed at #302 for a week in April. The place was clean, and the view from the balcony was spectacular, looking over the pool and ocean. The balcony was sheltered from the sun, which meant we could sit out at any time of the day and not be too hot. The pool was attractive and located beside the ocean. There's no beach access, but we could walk along the waterfront in front of other properties all.the way to the town of Ma'alaena. We saw lots of turtles in the water at the neighboring properties, and a Hawaiian monk seal resting on one of the small beaches in front of a property near the town. Marine volunteers were watching it to make sure no one bothered it. This area of Maui was quiet and away from a lot of the vacation traffic. We would definitely return to this property.

We loved the excellent oceanside lanai with a dinner table and high-chairs (so you get an unobstructed view of the ocean) - a great spot to sit with the family and sip some of Maui coffee. Also they had 4 beach chairs, mats and more 'beach' accessories to use during the stay which was helpful. The kitchen was small but stocked all cookware you'd need. Having the washer and dryer in-unit (rather than a shared unit that takes coins as in most other condos) is a welcome convenience. Great location very close to the Maui Ocean Center.
Tip: The assigned parking spot is one of the furthest away from the building, but there is a loading area near the front-office (signs said we're allowed to park for a maximum of 10 mins there) that is closer to the elevator - do make use of that to load/unload your luggage. (You gotta exit the assigned parking area, drive through the public road and then enter through the next entrance to reach this area). There are also a couple of 'shopping carts' placed near this area you could use to haul your goods to the upstairs unit.

The members of Team Vasasa were very supportive , friendly,and responsive. They took excellent care of us and were very attentive to all details. I would highly recommend Vasasa and this condo. The view was gorgeous. Everything was updated, clean, and neat, and the place was perfect for a family of four. Maui is Paradise on Earth, and staying at this condo was perfect because we had access to a swimming pool, barbecue grill, washing machine, and drying machine. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. We all had a great good night sleep there every night. The apartment was very close to a peaceful beach, and we enjoyed relaxing there every afternoon after exploring Maui during the day.
This has been a wonderful vacation, and the condo helped us feel at home in Maui. We enjoyed staying at this place and the location was excellent.
