Recent Manatee County vacation rental reviews

I would rate the home as a solid 4.5. Home is as advertised in pictures. Pros: -Great Location, about as good as it gets. Not going to do much better in AMI. It is within walking distance to beach, restaurants. One of the last "original" houses on the street. Willow Ave is premium, surrounded by $6M+ homes. -Very Clean. New Beds. -No signs of Storm damage, updated Kitchen. -Water side pool is nice. Great place to hang. BBQ grill working, had great lunch on the grill. Cons: -Not really many cons. Not "fancy", as mentioned older home, but in solid condition. Furshinings get the job done, but not professionally decorated. Summary: Great Stay, will come back. Solid value for the $$.

There was absolutely no neighbor noise. There was a dedicated parking space and the walk to the beach was quick and easy. There is plenty to do on the island (just book ahead of time) The pool was heated and the interior was nice and well kept. Our family of 5 loved staying here and will definitely return one day!
