Recent Napa Valley vacation rental reviews

The units were fabulous. However, the access directions for the remote lock were wrong. Communicating with the Management team was horrific. I was on the phone for over an our on hold. We eventually figured out the process, but it was not easy. The back up lock box #s were wrong. Very frustrating.

It was wonderful to be so close to the Sonoma Square for the holiday. Good restaurants and a playground for the kids. Vacasa was easy to work with; the home was very comfortable.
