We loved the outside seating area ! Very calm neighborhood with easy access to the home. Was not expecting the cleanliness of the home, it was an amazing stay !

Great location on the river. Grocery store and restaurants all easy to walk to. The condo was clean with plenty of fresh towels, toiletries, and coffee. Bed was comfortable. The view of the river was lovely. Very easy to park in the unloading spot, bring suitcases up and get the parking pass. Parking was just a short walk away. I would not hesitate to stay here again!

The house was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The yard was huge and would be great if you have a dog with you. My kids loved running around in it! They have everything you need to cook at home and having a washer and dryer was a huge plus! On the first night we were doing dishes and there was a leak under the sink. I called the telephone number provided and they had someone come and fix it first thing in the morning. He was super friendly and fixed the issue. It was nice to have a fast and friendly maintenance team. If we travel back to the Wilmington area, we will defiantly stay there again!
