We love the balcony Watch the people walk up and down the river During the day the river at night was beautiful with all the lights It was really quiet at night Definitely will stay there again

We really enjoyed our stay and were very pleased with the cleanliness, newer construction and the yard which is not his half acre yard at home was plenty for him. This property really catered to our needs traveling with our dog. They provided a feeding station, dog bed, bowls etc. The location is in an upcoming neighborhood but it was pleasantly quiet and we felt safe walking downtown. Downtown Wilmington was about 15-20 minute walk which we enjoyed seeing historical homes, churches etc. We also enjoyed the food and the Christmas parade while visiting. A few places we loved were Gnome Nom-Nom. Very small restaurant at the Cotton exchange building. Great sandwiches. We also enjoyed The Fork & Cork, Wilmington Distillery ( live music), The Husk with great chilli dogs & Port City Cheesesteak among others. We love to eat. Overall we had a wonderful time and will definitely rent this home again.
