Great house. Very well decorated, super clean, and great outdoor space. This house was perfect for our family. The fitness center was big and great steam room with a huge pool and pickleball courts. Great location as well. We will be staying here again!!

We stayed at this property the 1st week in August 2024.The house, furniture and decor was lovely and comfortable. There was enough room for four families (11 of us) and kids ranging from teenagers to young children. There was plenty of space and bathrooms, that was a plus! we booked through Vacasa and was able to use texting to communicate when we checked in. The kitchen and appliances were new and so inviting to cook with everyone. There was a 2nd floor living space that the kids were able to play games and hang out. My son was able to bring his PlayStation5 to hook up to the TV. The rooms were set up in a really great configuration and enough closet space and room. However, with all the amazing things to say about the property, there was also some not so good experiences. Immediately upon entering the house, we noticed that the second floor was warmer and asked about it to the management company. I texted them immediately after we did a walk-through of the house. They responded that the local office could bring by some box fans for our comfortability and we agreed to that and waited, they did not come the first 2 days (Saturday or Sunday), I texted them Sunday afternoon to ask if they can drop it off at the door if we’re not home and they replied they would do that. By Monday they still didn’t come, after I reached out again, the response was they would reach out to someone at the local office, and they NEVER brought fans during our stay. On our second day, the temperature in the house started to rise, the AC was not working, after consistently reaching out and not getting an answer, it was on the 4th day, the office finally sent over a HVAC technician that wound up, turning off the AC and had to come back the following day(5th day), mind you this was during 90° weather outside. We had a family member with medical conditions and in chemotherapy, and this was unacceptable. A few other technical issues happened in the house, including the garage door unable to close, even after following instructions to pull a latch we wound up having the garage door stay open for 48 hours until someone came to fix it while we were checking out. These were some of the things that we were highly upset about for Security and Health reasons. The homeowner and Vacasa compensated us with less than half of the rental fee. I did ask if they could waive the office fee or credit us for future Vacasa stay in addition to the compensation, but the management said they no longer do that. It was very disappointing to say the least, and it was really miserable for us to have to go through the AC malfunction in the house. The commutations was terrible. Our issues were not handled in a timely manner. We understood that these things happen, but it was really difficult getting an answer from the office. no solutions, the last 2 days of our stay I was able to speak with a supervisor/manager from the local office. I’d only been able to reach a customer service call center earlier
