Recent Oregon Wine Country vacation rental reviews

Great place! Close to everything downtown McMinnville. Spacious bedrooms with 3 king beds. Nice kitchen with living room. Open floorplan.

Definitely a cozy place, roomy, even with 5 adults. Heat pump worked great during our November weekend. Hwy99 is noisy so you might want some white noise for sleeping. Beds are somewhat vintage, and though squeeky, the mattresses were comfortable. If you bring kids, I'd make sure and get the extra insurance.

The property is located in a quiet circle of houses. Although a significant walk to 3rd Street, it’s a very pleasant walk through a park to 99w, including Starbucks and iHop. The home is very spacious and the furniture, beds comfy.

Where is Oregon Wine Country?

Stretching south from Portland to just past Eugene, from the Willamette River to the Cascades Range, the Willamette Valley is home to more than 400 world-class wineries. Our Willamette Valley vacation rentals are equally unique and rich in hospitality, surrounded by small-town comforts and lush rolling hills.

Oregon Wine Country towns

McMinnville is a popular destination just northeast of Salem where you'll find numerous well-known wineries, the famous McMenimans, and a nice balance of nature and historic buildings. Saunter down bustling Third Street while you pick fresh produce from a farm stand, window shop at local boutiques, and of course - taste wine. McMinnville is definitely the largest town in the heart of Oregon wine country, making it a great option for active vacationers looking for plenty of options.

Slow all the way down in Dundee, located in the Red Hills of the Willamette Valley. These Oregon wine country lodgings offer a quiet retreat in a peaceful town. Dundee is home to cult-wine favorite Antica Terra and the boutique winery Purple Hands.

Our Carlton vacation rentals are in a town only three-blocks big jammed with gourmet foods, antique shops, and historic buildings. From grape-crushing and pie-eating contests to hot air balloon rides and vintage art, this little town is as provincial and quirky as a fairy tale. Don't forget to stop at Anne Amie Vineyards while you're here.

The towns of Newberg and Yamhill are itty-bitty, farming-turned-vineyard towns with an old-fashioned feel, the perfect spot for romantic getaways with a loved one or an intimate, quiet setting for friends taking the weekend away. Newberg is particularly known for the Allison Inn Spa, a 15,000 square-foot space dedicated to pampering.

Eugene sits right on the edge of Oregon Wine Country, and is the second largest town in Oregon. Its college-town vibe and progressive tendencies make it an active getaway for guests who enjoy a full vacation. Our Eugene vacation rentals offer an excellent base for exploring the region and savoring a glass of wine at the end of a busy day exploring.

Book our Oregon wine country lodging and combine a cute vacation rental with some fine wine, great food, and a wide range of destination styles.
