We booked this place for what I would consider an amazing price for my daughters 21st birthday. We went into town and celebrated at The No Name Saloon and a club called 'DownStairs.' We really had so much fun in what would be referred to as the shoulder season in Park City. The good... Having 4 bathrooms was amazing and much needed. 7 adults stayed here and each room has an ensuite with an extra half bath on the main floor. I really liked how the rooms were split up for privacy. There is actually ample parking for 2 cars as long as they are a "normal size" 5 seater SUV's or smaller (I have an Audi Q5 and my daughter drives a VW Tiguan. We parked a third car at the Marriott Summit resort for $25 a day. This place had everything we needed. The TV was huge (must bring a Roku if you want to stream Netflix etc.) Couch is very comfortable. We all felt very at home here. The not so great... The zoning of hot to cold is no joke in this place. You can feel the temperature drop when you start walking down the stairs from the main floor to the bottom floor and feel it rise from the main floor to the 3rd floor. Many reviews I had read before booking the place addressed this and I agree that staying here in the summer could be rough. There are however, plenty of fans. A heater for the downstairs and an AC window unit for upstairs would be awesome. All in all, we had a really great stay. Great location to walk into town. Over the road from a 7-11 and City Park which had empty pickle ball courts. Great thrift shop close by too (CCPC check it out!) Place was very clean when we arrived but oven had a spill in the bottom that emitted smoke when we turned it on. No big deal as I cleaned it up before we used it again. Vacasa had reached out with a cleaning survey and I explained the oversight and they were very responsive. This is the second time I have booked through Vacasa and this condo was $100 cheaper than booking the same place on their competitors website. I would book this place and use Vacasa again.
