Lost Key Golf & Beach Club Vacation Rentals

Oh this place was great ! Where do I start ?! I smiled big once up the steps onto to the main floor ! It was over the top for my husband and I with our German Shepherd. This is located in a Very nice, friendly & quiet gated community. Others we spoke to in passing were very kind and friendly. Outdoor pool and Jacuzzi is a short walk around the corner with sidewalks & bikes provided if ya want to use those too. The attached Garage is the bomb ! Could pull in our full size 4 door truck with a total of 12 feet to spare between the front and back. Plenty of room on each side to open the trucks doors. This was a big plus when arriving at night unloading as well as loading up to leave in the rain. The inside of this townhouse was so inviting. & comfortable. The living room furniture, decor & furnishings were ideal. The balcony is nice to have outdoor space off the living room. The adirondack chairs were so comfortable & had attached tables for that coffee cup or cocktail. We found everything to be noticeably clean throughout, in our opinion. We could not hear a peep from the adjoining home which also had dogs with them at the time & our dog was not alarmed by random sounds. The master bedroom had a super comfortable king size bed, bathroom has 2 sinks and spacious shower. Soap, shampoo & conditioner are provided to last a few days. The other 2 bedrooms, upstairs bathroom and downstairs 1/2 bath were equally clean, nicely decorated and inviting. Kitchen has great counter space with seating at the island in addition to a table with seating for 6. The kitchen had everything we needed with a standard drip coffee maker, (bring filters) blender, toaster, air fryer & a pantry. A few kitchen storage containers with lids would of been nice for left overs or food prep items but we managed with Ziploc bags. No spices or salt/pepper & that's understandable. A couple dw pods are provided as well as a couple pods to do a load or 2 of laundry. A few plastic or glass storage bowls with lids would of been nice for leftovers or opened food etc.. but we managed with Ziploc bags & the fridge had an ice maker too. The laundry machines are large capacity & conveniently located upstairs. There's plenty of stores just a short drive away for groceries or other needs. The weather didn't allow for beach time during our stay but went into Alabama Shores area to the Wharf which was fun for walking around, shopping & had dog friendly areas to eat. I read a review that said it smelled like wet dog in the house, but it did not for our experience. We did experience very good communication and responsiveness when contacting management with questions. We definitely would stay in this place again or refer to friends. Positive experience totally, thank you !!

If you don’t mind not being directly on the beach and close to pools, it’s a nice place to stay. The beach is a 15 min walk. Pool is within the neighborhood. It was within 5 min of the place we stayed. Very quiet neighborhood so if you drink and like to party DO NOT COME HERE. We don’t party so it was good for us in that aspect. If you can’t climb stairs , again don’t stay here. You have to climb about 15 stairs to get to the livingroom and kitchen and then another 15 stairs to the bedroom and laundry room. Very roomy and comfortable beds. The the ac worked great. Overall it’s a beautiful community and very nice apartment.

Very nice rental overall. Great for dogs, as there are grassy areas all around this unit and street. Close walk to the pool and using the shuttle to go to the beach is easy. Clean and new
