We love the Dunes of Seagrove. It’s off the beaten path and our favorite place to stay.

Great, clean place to stay that has been updated. The view is incredible! Would love to stay here again.
John H. | Nov 2024
This unit is conveniently located on the beach and close to Seaside and other small beach towns around. It is also very close to several good restaurants. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back in the future.

Where Are Seagrove Beach Rentals?

Seagrove Beach rentals are located along a quiet stretch of Scenic Highway 30A in Northwest Florida. Situated between Seaside and Seacrest on the beautiful Gulf Coast, Seagrove Beach rentals lie within the popular Beaches of South Walton area.

Things to Do Near Seagrove Beach Rentals

By far, the most popular attraction in Northwest Florida is the beach, and the case is no different for guests at our Seagrove Beach rentals. Our Seagrove Beach condo rentals with beach access include gulf-front rentals like Beachcrest, Sugar Dunes, and Dunes of Seagrove. If you’re traveling in-season, look for condos that include beach service with your reservation. Off-beach Seagrove rentals can reach the beach from the Santa Clara Regional Beach Access or the Van Ness Butler Jr. Regional Beach Access in Seaside. Both public beach access points feature parking, seasonal lifeguards, beach condition flags, and accessible restrooms.

Though the Emerald Coast beaches get the most press here, Northwest Florida also boasts a number of state forests and state parks, several of which are within a few minutes’ drive of the Seagrove Beach rentals. Less than three miles west, Western Lake lies within Grayton Beach State Park. Covering more than a hundred acres, this rare coastal dune lake offers opportunities for fishing and paddling. Canoe and kayak rentals are available at the ranger station on the lake shore. Grayton Beach State Park also has picnic areas and self-guided nature trails.

When it’s time to dine, you’ll find Seagrove Beach rentals close to a wide variety of restaurants along 30A. Start the day with chicken and waffles at The Great Southern Cafe, and plan on a brisket sandwich with a side of cole slaw from The Perfect Pig for lunch. For dinner, try the blackened swordfish at the gulf-side Fish Out of Water, and don’t miss happy hour at 723 Whiskey Bravo’s rooftop bar. From chic seafood and Southern specialties to sushi and small plates, you’ll find menus to please every palate.
